Since joining the Fortec Distribution Network in October 2020, JD Commercials has been committed to delivering service excellence within its area.
At Pall-Ex Group’s Annual Awards, the business was recognised with Fortec’s Regional Member of the Year for the North, highlighting the focus and dedication of the team to providing a quality delivery service across Stoke-on-Trent.
In September 2022, Fortec launched the Diamond Excellence Scheme to monitor the performance of its members and reward those that are consistently meeting targets, with focus areas being scanning compliance and overall service levels. Now in its 11th month, JD Commercials has demonstrated its complete commitment to the scheme by achieving nine monthly Diamond certificates and being on track to achieve its 10th.
The team have been able to achieve this by ensuring high levels of customer service, excellent scanning compliance so each consignment is fully visible throughout its journey and excellent route planning of C&D vehicles.
This exceptional service has resulted in JD Commercials being amongst the first of Fortec’s members to be admitted to its prestigious Diamond Club. This gives them access to exclusive member events, reserved only for the network’s top performing members.
